Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has ended his two-day visit to Moldova, paid at an invitation by President Nicolae Timofti.
Today, the Romanian head of state had a meeting with Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu, held discussions with the leaders of parliamentary parties and gave a speech before Moldova State University students. On 24 February evening, Klaus Iohannis met Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici.
Today, President Klaus Iohannis laid flowers at the monument to Ruler Stefan cel Mare from Chisinau.
In the afternoon today, President Nicolae Timofti led his Romanian counterpart to the Chisinau International Airport, where the two heads of state had the last meeting on subjects of common interest.
