President Nicolae Timofti, Parliament Speaker Igor Corman and Prime Minister Iurie Leanca attended the wake of journalist Constantin Tanase today.
The president, accompanied by presidential advisers, laid a bouquet of flowers at the casket of the late Constantin Tanase, at the Sfinta Teodora de la Sihla Church in Chisinau.
Nicolae Timofti conveyed his condolences to the grieving family, colleagues and relatives of journalist.
Constantin Tanase died at the age of 65 years on 30 October. He was suffering from an incurable disease and died in a Chisinau-based hospital.
