Moldovan President to have a meeting with Russian Ambassador

The President of Moldova Igor Dodon had a meeting with H.E. Oleg Vasnetsov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova.

The officials discussed a wide range of issues related to the strengthening and developing of the strategic partnership between our countries.

In particular, the interlocutors spoke about the results of the Moldovan President’s visit to Moscow, where he had attended the military parade dedicated to the jubilee of the Victory Parade of June 24, 1945, and had had meetings with Russian officials.

In this context, the head of state expressed gratitude to the Russian partners for the decisions to support Moldovan producers by extending the facilities for exporting Moldovan production to the Russian market, as well as to resume negotiations on drafting and signing a 200-million-Euros loan agreement with our country.
