President Maia Sandu spoke today by phone with Serbian President, Aleksandar Vučić.The discussion took place in the context of the head of state's statement, from the beginning of the week, regarding the risks of destabilising the situation in our country and the possible involvement of citizens of other states.
The two leaders reconfirmed their respect for the territorial integrity of the countries and expressed their willingness to cooperate to prevent illegal activities involving the citizens of our countries.
Maia Sandu also congratulated her Serbian counterpart on the occasion of Statehood Day, celebrated today in Serbia.
