President Nicolae Timofti today had consultations with the parliamentary factions of the Liberal Party (PL), Democratic Party (PDM) and Party of Communists (PCRM), in order to nominate a candidate for the office of prime minister.
President Nicolae Timofti has signed decrees on appointing five ambassadors to office.
Following the today talks, President Timofti, starting from 9 November, will initiate consultations with the parliamentary parties, in order to appoint a candidate for the office of prime minister.
The discussions were focused on the need to promote a coherent foreign policy of Moldova in terms of continuing the European integration and creation of a friendly image of the country in the states of accreditation.
The president laid flowers at the two diplomatic missions and lighted candles in the memory of the victims of the incident from Bucharest and the air crash in Egypt.
