Belorussian president awarded with the highest distinction of Moldova

Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti today signed a decree conferring the Order of the Republic to President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.

 

The state distinction was awarded to the President of Belarus as a sign of deep gratitude for special merits in the development and strengthening of relations of friendship, understanding, and cooperation on different dimensions of Belarus and Moldova and substantial contribution to the strong support of our country in difficult economic times.
