Președintele Republicii Moldova a oferit distincții de stat unor femei distinse, care activează în diferite domenii, au diferite vîrste și sînt din diferite regiuni ale Republicii Moldova, inclusiv din Transnistria și Găgăuzia.
În cadrul ședinței șeful statului și-a exprimat îngriijorarea față de informațiile care au apărut în mass-media cu privire la semnarea de către Guvernul Republicii Moldova și compania „Frontera Resources International” din SUA a contractului de concesiune
Astfel, prin Decret al Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova, pentru succese deosebite în domeniile respective de activitate, contribuție la promovarea valorilor general-umane și poziție civică activă, Igor Dodon a conferit ordine următoarelor doamne:
Mult Stimate Doamne și Domnișoare, Dragile noastre mame, bunici, surori și fiice! Vă adresez din toată inima cele mai sincere felicitări cu prilejul sărbătorii de 8 Martie. Vă doresc să aveți parte de căldura celor apropiați și să purtați mereu primăvara în suflet.
Consilierii Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova, Maxim Lebedinschi şi Andrei Neguţa, au susţinut o conferinţă de presă, în cadrul căreia au relatat despre modul de desfăşurare a procedurii de amnistiere a cetăţenilor moldoveni care au depăşit regimul de şedere sau au comis careva contravenţii administrative în Federaţia Rusă.
Președintele țării, Igor Dodon a declarat că inițiativă PDM privind trecerea la votul uninominal pentru alegerile parlamentare nu este surprinzătoare, dar este inacceptabilă.
