Dear Ilham Heydarovich,
On behalf of the people of the Republic of Moldova and from me personally, I would like to sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the centenary of the Azerbaijani Democratic Republic.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, I note with pleasure the effective multilateral contacts between our countries.
I am confident that traditional friendly Moldovan-Azerbaijani relations will continue to be a pledge of further political dialogue, deepening mutually beneficial economic cooperation and support in the international arena.
