The President of Moldova Igor Dodon held a working meeting with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova Mr. Oleg Vasnetsov.
The officials discussed a number of issues related to the development of strategic partnership between the two states, came to a common opinion on the need to further strengthen them for the benefit of our peoples.
The parties separately touched upon the problem of obtaining a Russian vaccine against coronavirus, and in this regard, the head of state confirmed his readiness to test it for himself.
In addition, Igor Dodon expressed gratitude to the Russian side for the willingness to donate 40-50 thousand tons of diesel fuel to our farmers during this difficult period of prolonged drought and pandemic crisis.
