Moldovan president signs decrees appointing 11 magistrates

President Nicolae Timofti has signed decrees appointing 11 magistrates.

These are the following:

-  Alexandru Gheorghies to the office of head of the Balti-based Court of Appeal for a four-year term;   

-  Vadim Belous to the post of deputy head of the Soroca Court for a four-year term;

-  Ciumaș Oleg to the position of judge of the Falesti Court till reaching the age limit;   

-  Mariana Stratan to the office of judge at the Ungheni Court till reaching the age limit;  

-  Valeri Hudoba to the post of judge of the Comrat Court for a five-year term;  

-  Ramona Moșneguțu  to the office of judge at the Soldanesti Court for a five-year period; în funcția de judecător la Judecătoria Șoldănești, pe un termen de cinci ani;

-  Igor Negreanu to the position of judge at the Soldanesti Court for a five-year term;

-  Hristina Craveț to the office of judge of the Singerei Court, for a five-year term;  

-  Sergiu Bucicov to the office of judge at the Vulcanesti Court for a five-year term;  

-  Mariana Sajin to the post of judge at the Riscani Court, for a five-year term;  ;

-  Evgheni Bancov to the position of judge at the Cahul Court, for a five-year period;    

Also, the head of state signed decrees on dismissal from post of the following judges:

-   Ion Tutunaru from the office of judge at the Floresti Court, based on the application on resignation;    

Alexandru Șpac from the post of judge at the Chisinau Court of Appeal, given the reaching of the age limit;

-  Oleg Tănase from the position of judge at the Centru district Court of Chisinau, according to the application on resignation;  

-  Galina Polivenco from the office of judge of the Balti-based Court of Appeal, according to the application on resignation.
